Who we are
Felo Tours is a travel company registered in Georgia (No. 402205314), based at 7 Kote Marjanishvili St, Tbilisi. We are responsible for the data that reaches us through this website or WhatsApp.
What we collect
- Your name, WhatsApp or phone number and email when you ask for a quote or write to us.
- Travel dates, number of travellers, cities, hotels and any notes you write.
- Booking details: traveller names as in the passport when we confirm hotels or flights, and payment details on receipts.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (device type, language, pages opened) to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and send the itinerary and price.
- To carry out your booking: hotels, cars, guides and airport pick-up.
- To stay in touch before, during and after your trip.
- We do not sell your data and do not send marketing messages unrelated to your request.
WhatsApp screenshots and reviews
We sometimes show chat screenshots or client reviews as proof of our service. We publish them only with the client’s consent and hide the phone number. If your chat appears and you want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
Who we share it with
- We share only what is needed with hotels, transport companies, guides and airlines to carry out your booking.
- WhatsApp (Meta) receives your messages under its own policy. We may also disclose data if an authority legally requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use simple files the site needs to work, such as remembering your language and currency. If we turn on an analytics tool such as Google Analytics we will name it here and update the date of this page; visits are measured in aggregate.
Retention and security
We keep quote requests and bookings for as long as needed to serve you and for accounting records, then delete or anonymise them. Data is protected with passwords and limited team access.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. Write to info@felotours.com or on WhatsApp and we will reply within a few days.
