Booking
Bookings are made on WhatsApp. The client sends photos of their passports and flight tickets, and approves the hotels and itinerary before confirmation.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 25% of the trip price is paid before arrival, and the rest is paid on arrival against an official receipt.
Ways to pay the deposit: the invoice payment link on the website, Western Union / MoneyGram to the company representative, or a bank transfer.
Children
- Children up to 6 stay free in their parents’ room.
- Children over 6 pay the full price.
Hotels
Hotel check-in is from 2 to 3 pm and check-out at 12 noon. Hotel names on the tours are examples for each level; the hotel name is confirmed with the client before booking.
Included and not included
Included: airport pick-up and drop-off, hotels, buffet breakfast, daily sightseeing, a private car with driver and fuel, a SIM with internet for everyone, travel insurance and taxes.
Not included: flight tickets, lunch and dinner, and entrance tickets to attractions. An Arabic-speaking tour guide is an optional extra at a separate price.
