Booking and payment
How do I book?
Booking is on WhatsApp: you send photos of the passports and flight tickets, and we confirm the hotels and itinerary with you before the final confirmation.
How much is the deposit and when do I pay the rest?
A 25% deposit before arrival, and the rest on arrival against an official receipt.
How do I pay the deposit?
Through the invoice payment link on the site, Western Union / MoneyGram in the name of the company representative, or a bank transfer.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars, and you can view them in other currencies on the site at an approximate rate.
The tour and services
What does a tour include?
Airport pick-up and drop-off, hotels, buffet breakfast, daily tours, a private car with driver and fuel, an internet line per person, travel insurance and taxes.
What is not included?
Flight tickets, lunch and dinner, and entry tickets to sights. An Arabic-speaking guide is an optional extra at a separate price.
Is the trip shared with other people?
No. The car and driver are for your family alone for the whole tour.
Are there female guides for families?
Yes, we provide female guides on request, and guides in four languages.
Are the restaurants halal?
Meals are not included, and the driver knows the Arab and Turkish restaurants in each city and takes you there.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Tell us the number of days and the cities you want and we adjust the itinerary and price on WhatsApp.
Hotels and children
Do children travel free?
Children up to 6 are free in the parents’ room; above 6 they pay the full price.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 to 3 pm and check-out at 12 noon.
Will I know the hotel before booking?
Yes. The hotel names in the tours are examples for each level, and we confirm the hotel with you before booking.
Before you travel
Do I need a visa for Georgia?
It depends on your nationality. Citizens of the Gulf states, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, the US, the UK, EU countries and others enter without a visa; the full list is on the Georgia visa page. Check the official sources before travelling.
Do you help with the visa?
Yes. We help you get the visa or get it for you, with the hotel confirmation and itinerary requested with the application. Message us on WhatsApp with your nationality and travel date.
Is the company officially registered?
Yes, Felo Tours is registered in Georgia (No. 402205314), and you get an official receipt for every payment.
