Thank you for choosing Felo Tours for your travel needs. After booking with one of our representatives via WhatsApp or at one of our branches and submitting copies of your passports to confirm your reservation, please take note of the following:

1. The selected hotels and travel package must be reviewed and approved by the customer as per the details provided by our company for the chosen destination.
2. Upon arrival, a company representative will welcome you at the airport, escort you to your hotel, and provide internet SIM cards for your convenience.
3. Hotel check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
4. If you require early check-in before 4:00 AM, an additional full-night charge will apply. If check-in is between 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM, a half-night charge will be added.
5. If a customer delays their hotel check-out beyond the specified time, they will be responsible for an additional night’s charge.
6. Children up to 6 years old can stay for free in their parents’ room. Children above 6 years are charged as full-paying guests.
7. To confirm your booking, customers must submit copies of their round-trip flight tickets and passports for all travelers.
8. Program modifications are allowed upon mutual agreement between the customer and the company before arrival. Any additional costs due to modifications will be borne by the customer.
9. A 20% deposit of the total trip cost must be paid before arrival, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival in the destination country. A company representative will provide an official stamped and signed receipt upon payment.
